Education should encourage lifelong learning and provide students with the knowledge and abilities needed to excel in the workforce.

With this method, each student's needs, skills, and interests are taken into account when designing the curriculum. Students who receive personalized instruction may feel more invested in their studies and develop a deeper knowledge of the material.
Group Work
Students' social, communication, and problem-solving skills can all improve through group collaboration. Also, it may foster a sense of camaraderie and solidarity among pupils.
