Threats
Our team only has four members, which means that the other responsibilities will have to be split among us on top of what we have to do for our roles. This will mean a lot more work for each person which is a threat because it could mean we fall behind schedule or that some of the work is not done as well as it could have been.
The members of our team are all a bit reserved, meaning there may be instances where someone has an idea or opinion about something but doesn't express it but it could have been useful. The threat is that we may miss out on some good ideas.
Our communication skills all need improving so that we can properly discuss issues in meetings. this could be a threat to the team is it could mean we aren't sure of our responsibilities when carrying out certain tasks.
Although our roles were decided based on the skills and attributes we each possess, we may not have the correct ones to be able to take over the other roles, for example the HR director would need behavioural skills which we may not have in our team.
