        For exposure: 2nd RAT
        
        high risk situation - 24 hrs x 2
        
        mod/low risk - 2 tests in 72 hrs
        
        For symptoms: retest daily with RATs, wear N95 mask at work. Take time off if your symptoms are mod-severe and you need to recover
        
        If RATs are negative & symptoms are present -consult Laura, a PCR test is a likely next step depending on your situation

      - Take RAT's in the morning before each shift until negative result gained
