5.问题管理MANAGEMENT OF QUESTION
提问问题,重要的规则如下:
To ask questions, the important rules are as follows
向全组提出问题
Address the question to the whole group
向整个小组分发问题
Distribute questions over the entire group
向注意力不集中的人提问
Ask questions to the inattentive
要求受训者给出完整的答案
Require the trainee to give a complete answer
鼓励学员提出问题
Encourage the trainee to ask questions
避免问可以通过猜测来回答的问题
Avoid asking questions that can be answered by guessing

6.答复的处理 HANDLING OF ANSWER
-正确答案 Correct Answers
•承认并批准 acknowledge and approve
•确保整个小组都能听到答案 make certain the entire group hears the answer
•要求学员说清楚 required trainee to speak up clearly
-错误答案 Incorrect Answer
•分析问题和答案,并思考答错的原因 Analyze question and answer,consider possible reasons for the incorrect answer
•问题框错了;重构Question framed incorrectly; reframe
•受训者没有正确听到问题 Trainee did not hear the question properly
•学员回答粗心或缺乏思考
Trainee answered carelessly or with a lack of thought
-猜测答案 Guessed Answer
•行动上阻止猜测 take firm action to discourage guessing
•问题框错, 重构 Question framed incorrectly
-部分正确答案
Partially Correct Answer
•适当考虑答案的正确部分 Make due allowance for correct part of answer
•提出额外的问题 Ask additional questions
