Cameron - Need to establish adequate equipment to host and maintain educational web sites and training stuff to manage electronic data.
Cameron - Computers donation - it can be solution but also a problem since those computers get broken fast.

Computer laboratories in all science schools. Teachers use internet for research. Smart boards and projectors are also available in such schools but
