Cornish
Feathers are green, blue, and brown. Way their feathers are make them look skinner.

Weigh around 9 lbs, which is why they are 1 of 2 to be normally eaten

How it sounds, blindingly white. What you picture a chicken as. Red nose and eyes yellow legs, white feathers.

Types of Dishes
Chicken can be made in thousands of different forms, but I chose 3 of my favorites
Chicken Quesadilla: chicken is cooked inside 2 tortillas along with cheese and whatever vegetables/spices you want to add.

Chicken Noodle soup: cook chicken in a pan, cook noodle and add vegetables to a chicken broth.
Intro
Chicken. We've all had it, been called it, and danced like it at some point in our life. So what is chicken? I'm going to tell you about different types of chickens, the change in chicken production, and different chicken dishes.
Conclusion
So, what do we know about chickens now? We know they are delicious, but maybe we knew that before. We know that there are many different species of chickens, and that they have now been bred mainly for us. Altogether I think chickens are pretty cool birds and now that you've learned about them I hope you do too!
