The main goal is to gain and exchange experience with new technologies and to train workers of SE agencies in how to create and use specific simulated training programs. Prepare "recommendation package" about using VR for other practitioners. To bring clients wider opportunities for the development of their skills,,which will lead to an increase in their employability and employment and thus, will contribute to their inclusion.
