Employees will gain information applied to the policy and gather information of updated technology and operations.
Policy Details:
Zara as a company should look at updating new technology such as the software that they use within their business facility.
Adding in inventory control.
Giving access to inventory within other Zara locations.
Updating to a newer software.
Personal tablets: Employees will receive a tablet where they can access inventory for that Zara location and as well as other locations.
Software will apply new worldwide opportunities such as having online shopping services.
Updating and Enforcing the policy

Employees:
Employees will be expected to learn and maintain the process of knowing what the policy is stating and knowing how the new and upgraded technology works.
General Manager:
The general manager will be in charge of gathering all the policy updating needs so that when the policy is ready to be enforced then all the correct data is placed in the policy document,
Management
: Management will be in charge of enforcing the policy. Management will need to focus on the training opportunities that is expected for the employees. Each employee will be expected to meet with a management member and learn the process of the policy.
How will the policy be implemented:
The policy will need to be the main priority for Zara. With the implementation of the policy Management will need to focus on the information applied so that every employee is aware of what the policy consist of.
The policy will be implemented by, Management. Management is is to implement the policy to every employee.
How IT will measure success of the policy
:
IT will measure success by the process of how successful the new technology is for employee usage by gathering data/infromation from employees personal experiences with the new and updated technology.
IT will measure success by seeing the change in technology improvements by operation changes such as sales growth to compare the sales difference that Zara has had before the change in updating new technogloy such as new software.
IT will measure success of the policy by gathering data from customer feedback. This would consist of a survey or questioner at the end of purchase that customers can take to provide feedback for the improvement of operation and new technology.
