**In the morning I eat egg and watermelon, in te afternoon I eat vegetable soup, meat, rise and pineapple water.I try to drink 1 lither of water in all the day, and in the evening I drink a shake with raicin, berries and nuts. I don't eat this every day but it's something I like to eat a lot.

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day because it is the first one eaten after a long period of fasting.

you have to ate food in the morning because the sugar in your blood can go down.your brain don´t work at the same if you don´t eat breakfast
