Water is important in all of the sistems

We have to eat well to don't get sick because if we eat so many animal product can be dangerous for our body and eat more vegetables and less animal products

The grains and tubers group gives you carbohydrates wich give your body energy.

Fruits and vegetables are importants because they give you vitamins, minerals, and fiber wich is important for good digestion.

You also get energy from sugar and fats, but it is dangerous to eat a lot of sugar and fat because they cause heart disease and make you fat

fruits and vegetables are better than chocolate potatoes and one fruit per day is healthy

Examples of grains are bread pasta and rice.
The most common tubers are potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Legumes and animal product give you protein, wich your body needs to grow and to have strong muscles

junk things are only bad for you and other people who eat them too
