A good teacher is always working on their own language proficiency, trying to reach native-like proficiency in order to set a good example for their students and become a role model for them. A good teacher who is preparing students for exams is taking exams on a regular basis to walk in their students' shoes.
A good teacher is always working on their methodology skills and learns more about different approaches and methods of teaching by taking courses, reading books and attending webinars, conferences, and workshops on various topics. Then, they apply their newly acquired knowledge in the classroom to make the learning process even more engaging and effective.
A good teacher is aware of coaching techniques and uses them to help their students set achievable goals and reach them successfully.

I am also planning to get another master's degree from a university in an English-speaking country. I am thinking of instructional design, education management, or assessment. However, I am not quite sure yet.
To do so, I am planning to apply for grants and scholarships, including but not limited to Fulbright and Chevening.
