Reaction that changes in athlete's concentration and increase in muscle tension, also increased state anxiety

Anxiety
A negative emotional state in which feelings of nervousness, worry and apprehension are associated with activation or arousal of the body.
Cognitive state anxiety
The extent to which an athlete worries or had negative thoughts, and the negative thoughts may include fear of failure, loss of self-esteem and self-confidence.
Somatic state anxiety
Athletes' changes in their physiology, such as increased perspiration, difficulty in breathing, increased heart beat
State anxiety
A transitory emotional state consisting of feelings of apprehension, nervousness, and physiological sequelae such as an increased heart rate or respiration
Trait anxiety
A behavioral predisposition to perceive competitive situations as a threat and then respond with state anxiety levels that are disproportionate to the levels of objective threat
