Because of slow speed
Second theory is that it was always slow and had slow content paint but the release picked it up
This means it could be klaviyo or fresh chat
But, the front runner is more likely fresh chat as we ran the klaviyo pop up system for years, and fresh chat has a heavy load and was added in march.
March was when our average ranking position started to drop consistently.
What else happened in March? Did we do any other key releases?

Slow speed websites will be marked poorly
What can we do to try and improve the website speed?
Optimisation of the photos?
Start taking the images down to 600x600 pixels
Youtube video embed
The pages with youtube videos embeded adds 1.5mb
Do people actually use them?
I think we can take these off the product pages
Remove these videos
The biggest revenue drop for the period is on the homepage
This could be explained with excess existing customers searching for us because of lockdown issues
This could also be explained to a successful top funnel FB campaign.
