A non-profit organization that operates independently of any government with the purposes of addressing a social or political issue.
Wild4Life
Rural areas are lacking health care services, that's why people live there usually have poor health conditions. This NGO provided them a variety of health service models. Therefore, people health would improve significantly.
Charity;water
A successful NGO in that focus on provide clean water services. People health has improved when they have better access to water. Therefore, successful NGOs would have a huge impact on helping people to have a better life.

CONNECTION WITH ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE SERVICES
The government are the one who decided what services to provide. If the government provide enough services that is needed, then the citizens health would be in good conditions, both physically and mentally.
Government responsibilities
Government responsibilities is to protect citizens safety and health by providing laws and order, provide stable economy, good public services, as well as other social programs.
Protecting citizens from environmental issues
Environmental issues included water, air pollutions and quality as well as natural disaster. The government are responsible for taking actions to deal with these problems. If these are poorly done, the citizens health would get impacted negatively since we interact with water and air everyday .
Preventing the spread of communicable diseases
Communicable diseases can spread very quickly. If the government is not able to stop the spread in time, the number of infected cases would increases. The death rate would increases.

Water contamination
Water shortage (lack of clean water)
This would result in the uses of basic to limited water service or unprotected sources. So to travel long distance to carry water. Furthermore, increases the likelihood of getting ill with waterborne diseases.
Diseases in water supply
People getting these diseases would have to suffer from pain, exhaustions, etc. This will decreases their ability to perform certain tasks such as go to school or work which will affect their mental health.
diarrhea, Typhoid fever, and Hepatitis A.
Water being contaminated by many sources such as different type of wastes which will impact on human health if being used.
Food contamination
Biological contamination
People who consume food with harmful organism would experience several food born diseases such as salmonella which would affect people performance at work and have to suffer from anxiety and depression.
Refer to the tainted or spoil food due to improper handling, cooking and storage
Chemcial contamination (from pesticides, cleaning products, preservatives, etc.)
Consuming food with harmful chemical would result in acute poisoning, and having cancers that will impact in long-term.
Caused by natural and human-caused events in the environment interacting with us everyday.

When most areas of the country are facing environmental issues , the government should need to come up with strategies to improve their citizens health. Therefore, people's health and the solutions to the issues are both rely on the government's decisions.

Unhealthy behaviours
Smoking
People who have smoking is their regular habits would be very likely to get NCDs such as lung cancer, or type 2 diabetes, etc. These could increases the risk of early death.
Diet
Unhealthy diets would lead to increases the risks of NCDs such as obesity, cancers heart diseases and stroke caused by hypertension. In short-term, people would only experience stress and tired.
Any factors impacting our health that are related to our physical and mental state.
Personality traits
Introvert vs Extrovert
People who are extroverted tend to be healthier this is because these people tend to be more likely to communicate with others which means that they are willing to share their problems to make them feel better.
Optimistic vs Perssimistic
People who are often being optimistic can help reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases and be able to fight cancer. These people would also face less stress. Pessimistic people usually have poor health, get higher risks of infectous dieases.

Having a good relationship with others would enhance positive thoughts which can change people personaility traits as well as get rid of unhealthy behaviours. In contrast, unhealthy relationships could engage people in doing unhealthy behaviors and would definitely affect their personality traits.

Give off a feeling of fun, belonging, and laughter which can reduce the risk of several health problems.
Bad choices of friend
Could leave some bad consequences which could impact on people health such as reinforce bad habits or engage in unhealthy behaviours such as doing drugsFurthermore, people could suffer from mental problems.

Result of engaging in sexual intercourse, unprotected sex or other sexual activities
Unwanted pregnancy
Both of these consequences would affect people's mental health severly because these are big changes in their life and would impact them in long-term. They would need to find ways to deal with these problems.

Unhealthy relationships with friends, family and life partners would lead to many negative outcome that would impact on a person's health severly such as sufferening from mental illness. This can change a person personality traits like from an optimistic person to a perssimistic person.

System
A center that provides services that are usually the first point of contact with a health professional.
Public heath care
Public health care : Funded by government through national health care system. Public health care insurance can be paid entirely by the public funds controlled by the government.
Public health care allow people to pay different amount base on their income and still get the same services.Therefore it is affordable for everyone even with people who have low income.
Private health care
Private Health care : Made up from hospitals and clinics which operates independently of the national health service. Private health insurance is coverage that is offered from a private entity not from government.
People who take private health care would get a lot more benefits such as getting more special treatments with higher quality. Therefore, people who get this services would have a lot of opportunities in improving their health conditions.

Social Service
Protection network (child protection services,...) from government agencies
Protection network help promote people's physical and mental health by preventing people from being abused or exposed to dangers that can cause serious mental illness such as stress, trauma or depression.
Emergency services (police, fire, ambulance,...) from government agencies
Providing emergency services makes people feel more secure as they will be rescued in time if an emergency occurs or have a place to report any crime. Therefore, these services help to ensure public safety.

Health care services and emergencies services are both controlled by the government. Therefore, countries that have more access to these needed services tend to be a safe country where people health are in good conditions.
