• Would recommend highlighting ToCompete specifically to support increased frequency of competitor monitoring. Would even take an additional step Roman Shibanov to also share outside of this doc a recommended approach for comp monitoring (like using key coworkers in one region for Dec, another region for Jan etc..)
Pricing Run 3 price recommendations (In Jan/Feb) which provide best price suggestions to course correct and improve the situation based on T2 calcs. ( i feel like we need to repeat this everywhere because people aren't understanding this).
Our recommendation model will provide recommendations taking into consideration the T2 CALCs during the Pricing run3 that will help to even more course correct and improve the situation
