To achieve critical reflection, teachers must write on reflection journal and answered the 4 questions:
What happened? (Description)
Why it happened? (Analysis and Interpretition)
What have I learnt? (The whole meaning and Application)
What is my next action? (Implication for next course of action)

Value: one's principle and attitude on what is important in life to them
