Generic term used in psychoanalysis and psychiatry to refer to a state of mind described as a waste of contact with reality.
Alteration of a person's thoughts and perceptions, which make it difficult to understand what is and what is not real.

POSITIVE SYMPTOMS
Hallucinations
Perceptions of something that does not exist (Auditory, Visual, Tactile, Olfactory or Gustative)
Delusions
Real beliefs for those who experiment, but not for others. (Reference, Pursuit, Control)
Thought Diffusion
Loss of association between one idea and the next (change subject, answer incoherent).
NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS
