🚩 In this process, learners need to be analyzed in terms of their comprehension, skills, capacity and understanding what they know about the lesson for the time being. These analyzes are important because teachers cannot approach the learners in a healthy way without knowing which situation they are in.

🏴 This section is more important than other ones because it is the last one and teachers need to evaluate what the learners learnt, actually the question which is “Did they gain the main thing and complete the objective”.

⭐ In this process, teachers need to preview and then prepare materials for instruction (the better materials, the better instruction). If the teacher detects a problem, he/she needs to solve it in the process. Then the teacher respectively prepare learners and environment for the lesson, in short everything should be as perfect as possible for the learners in terms of the best instruction.

😃 In this process, teachers need to focus on the participation of learners to the lesson in terms of that they have a better comprehension. They can benefit from activities, diffirent kinds of projects and so on, and when they do this, teachers should not diverge from the objective of the lesson.

❓ For example, if there are not appropriate materials for instruction, teachers can invent new materials, and when doing this, there are some basic elements such as equipment, facilities, time and cost.

🚩For example, teachers can have problems if one of learners is not in the level of the class and they do not know it. Therefore, analysing is important for teachers and learners.

🏁 In this process, teachers need to set objectives for the learners. For example, “the learners will improve their english skills.”

😃 For example, when teachers lecture the learners about a subject such as “simple past tense” in the class, they can want to the learners form sentences about the subject and share it.

🏁 This process can be indicated ABCD format;

A. Audience: This matter is about the learners; “Who will do the action or performance.”

B. Behavior: Explain the task or behavior doing the action.

C. Conditions: This matter is about what tools the learners work with.

D. Degree: This describes how well, in which level, the learners need to be in the end of the class.

For example, the learners will explain the ASSURE model by using MM (mind map) in a week.

❓ In this process, firstly, teachers need to decide on what method should be used in the class in terms of instruction. Secondly, they need to choose a media format, including flip charts, audio and so on, that is suitable for the method decided. Finally, selecting, modifying, or designing spesific materials for the media format need to be done by teachers. Furthermore, controlling the availability of materials for instruction.

⭐ For example, if teachers want to utilize a material like blackboard or media like radio for learners’ comprehension, they can first prepare the environment and learners.
