ASSURE
What Is It?
The ASSURE model is a six-step Instructional Systems Design (ISD), intended to help teachers utilize technology and media in the classroom. (UNCA.edu,2010)
ASSURE can be used to ensure that the classroom environment is suitable for students and be used to enhance students learning ability by using technology.(UNCA.edu,2010)

Why Use It?
Assure model is Constructivism-based; in order for the learning process to sufficiently occur learners must actively participate.(UNCA.edu,2010)
ASSURE offers students many different learning styles and media-enriched courses. (UNCA.edu,2010)
Stages
ANALYSE LEARNERS:
Finding out what students need, what they lack, etc. to create an effective teaching strategy for them. (Hassan, 2014)
If we want to have students prepare a lesson plan, we must first measure their knowledge on this subject and explain the parts they are missing.

STATE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
Determining what students will be able to do at the end of the lesson. (Hassan, 2014)
At the end of the course, students should be able to prepare an effective lesson plan by combining the teaching styles they have learned.
SELECT METHODS AND MEDIA:
Choosing multimedia learning tools according to the determined goals and objectives, so that they can be modified according to the needs of the class. (Hassan, 2014)
We can find videos and pdfs on how to prepare an effective lesson plan for students.

UTILIZE MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY:
Deciding how to use that online training content and materials most efficiently after choosing them. (Hassan, 2014)
We can ask students to prepare the lesson plan based on what they have learned from the pdf they have read and the videos they have watched.
REQUIRE LEARNER PARTICIPATION:
Encouraging students to participate in the blended training experience. (Hassan, 2014)
We should have students discuss their homework with each other and offer suggestions.
EVALUATE AND REVISE THE BLENDED LEARNING STRATEGY:
Learning is a process and thus always evolves, because of that ASSURE model's last step is to revise and evaluate the strategy so it stays efficient as ever. (Hassan, 2014)
The lesson plans should be reviewed and the results should be compared with the students' knowledge and skills before the activity. If there is no improvement, the source of the problem should be found and a new method should be tried.
