The various attacks between nations make the people of Armenia, which borders Azerbaijan on both sides, feel vulnerable and provokes strong angry demonstrations against the Yerevan government.
The territorial problems could have been postponed, pending international arbitration or an agreement on territorial swaps, however, the laws are provoking new attacks between the two countries.
