- - - - The first step in planning is to specifically identify your audience. The teacher must choose the best environment to achieve the goals s/he has set, and for this, it is necessary to get to know the students. The audience's general characteristics, specific entry competencies, and learning styles can all be examined.
      - For example;
        
        General Characteristics
        
        young adults 20-23.
        
        There are 24 students in the classroom and twelve of them are female, others are male.
        
        They are talkative and have no problem taking an active role in the lesson.
        
        Entry Competencies
        
        Students have already learned Making simple sentences and question forms.
        
        They can use simple present tense while they are talking.
        
        They can talk about their feelings and daily lives.
        
        Learning Styles
        
        Kinesthetic learners
        
        Musical intelligence
        
        Visual learners

    - - The next phase in the planning process is to specifically state the objectives for the instructional experience. Objectives are learning outcomes about what the students will achieve from the end of the lesson. These objectives are frequently written in an ABCD format.
      - For Example;
        
        Applying ABCD formula

    - - This step is to select the appropriate method for the given learning task.
      - Selecting available materials.
      - Modifying existing materials
      - Designing new materials.
      - Choosing the media format that is appropriate for the method
      - For example;
        
        Taking big posters about that day's subject and giving pictures as well as vocabulary cards.

    - - The teacher must select how to implement his or her method using media, materials, and technology.
      - Beginning by preparing materials for the lesson.
      - Previewing the materials before using them
      - Formulating a plan for how to demonstrate the materials as well as how students will utilize materials.
      - Preparing the room and make ready the necessary equipment and facilities.

    - - Since the students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning environment, teachers must require learning participation (Ibrahim,2015)
      - Involving students in the learning experience.
      - Conducting discussions, group work, and hands-on activities to involve students in the learning context
      - Giving feedback to students to provide evaluation.

    - - This step is one of the most important as it allows teachers to not only evaluate the knowledge gained by the students, but also determine how effective the lesson has been.
      - Evaluating the entire instructional process.
      - Setting the intended goals and preparing teaching strategy and teaching materials effectively
      - Making revisions for future use and increasing effectiveness of the lesson.
      - For Example;
        
        Before presenting lesson to the students, to make sure appropriate revision and correction done.

      - Helps students to set their own learning goals easily.
      - It gives a program level overview of learning across courses and years.
      - Improves alignment between assessments, instruction and desired goal state.

        Degree to which the learned skills are to be mastered.
        
        For example;
        
        Learning Outcome: Using the ABCD Method and Bloom’s Taxonomy, the 14 years old students will be able to use simple sentences and phrases to talk about themselves and their family members’/ friends’ future plans with 80 % of accuracy when performing a long dialogue.
        
        Audience is “the 14 years old students”
        
        Behavior is “being able to use simple sentences and phrases to talk about themselves and being able to talk about future plans”
        
        Condition is “Using the ABCD Method and Bloom’s Taxonomy”
        
        Degree is “at least 80% accuracy”

        Blooms Taxonomy
        
        Bloom's Taxonomy is a hierarchical ordering of cognitive skills that can help teachers to teach and students to learn effectively. Bloom's Taxonomy can be used to create assesments, plan lessons and develop online courses.
        
        1) Knowledge
        
        To know and remember specific facts, terms and concepts
        
        2) Comprehension
        
        To understand, interpret, compare and explain.
        
        3) Application
        
        To apply knowledge to new situations to solve problems using required knowledge.
        
        4) Anlysis
        
        To identify the organizational structure of something. To identify parts and principles.
        
        5) Synthesis
        
        To create something, to integrate ideas into a solution, to formulate a new classification scheme.
        
        6) Evaluation
        
        To judge the quality of something based on its adequacy and value of use.
