        To write a learning outcome there are 4 components that take should be taken into consideration.
        
        :pen:Behaviour: the performance targeted in the objected should reflect real-world ability learners need. For example, the objective states that students should know the English tenses, the students are not just supposed to study them and tick up the correct answer, but they also need to use it in real life when communicating with whosoever.
        
        :check:Degree to which the learned skills are to be mastered: establishing the standard or criteriom the performance will be judged. For example, how well should be the essay written in English.
        
        :silhouettes: Audience: for whom the instruction is intended. For example, the target audience can be eight-grade English learners or the newly graduate fire-fighters.
        
        :forbidden:Conditions under which the behaviors are observed: the conditions under which the performance is to be included in the object. For instance, whether the students are allowed to use the English dictionary during the exam.
