Making Bread
Sift all purpose
flour and salt into a bowl.
Add a mixture of Water, Milk and Yeast.
Combine everything together until they form a dough
Place the dough on a floured board.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
Then knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
Put the dough into a clean bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise up for about 3 hours.
Punch the dough down while it's still in the bowl to take some air out. Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead it again for two minutes.
Form the dough into desired shape and, or put in pan and cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 90 minutes.
Bake the bread for about 30 minutes into a pre-heated oven at 350F until it's golden brown and sounds hollow.
Turn the loaf out onto a wire rack and let it cool. Store the bread in a bread bin or tin so it stays fresh.
