- Creating 2036 model file, updating people events, updating model network to test design changes (Lifts, floor layout), processing models and extracting results - 2d heat maps /LOS, 3d snaps, queuing times in spreadsheet
St Mary's Station (STM) Modelling
- FSM studies - changing concourse design/size by blocking/unblocking areas - processing models and observing performance. Taking outputs and comparing performance to existing design, noting changes to queuing times for boarders and alighters. Comparing the static analysis performance against dynamic modelling performance. They should be matching up e.g. over capacity in static should be near the LOS C to D criteria for the dynamic analysis (even though using different evaluation criteria and are different measurements).
- Testing different amount of heavy luggage users using lifts to test lift capacity e.g. from 60% to 70%, along side various concourse design changes
- Checking existing train station lift/stair capacity with and without SM demand to test it meets VT performance requirements. Static calculation based on input demands, assumed splits/distributions of pedestrian movements.

- modelling signalised intersecitn by using pedestrian events
- challenging technical solution + project leaad taking sudden lead > change inurgency /prioritisation, seeking out expert advice quickly and expediting delvierables to allow enough time for review and updates
