- - - - Aiden Santory appears to be lying in his answers to questions 5 and 6 based on his increased heart rate to both questions. He also recorded a higher respiratory rate to question 5 and a lower respiratory rate to question 6. This may indicate he saw Marcel after 3:50 p.m. on Friday and possibly killed Marcel.

      - Kay Litrell appears to be lying in her answers to questions 5 and 6 based on her increased heart rates and somewhat increased respiratory rates. This may indicate she saw Marcel after 10:00 pm on Friday and possibly killed Marcel.
        
        5) Is Friday at 10:00 p.m. the last time you saw Marcel? (Answer: Yes)

  - - - Dentist asked Marcel to take a pain reliever (Acetaminophen) for his abscessed tooth #
      - Acetaminophen has been known to boost caffeine levels
  - - - Marcel’s DNA test had matched the DNA of that from the splatter found at the scene #
      - Kay Litrell’s DNA had matched the DNA samples from the gum found near the underside of the car #

        The blood that was present at the scene was only found from the spatter, though three suspects had been found with the same blood type:

        Blood was present at the scene, it seems to be a force and direction with how the spatter had an origin and was facing in only one direction. It indicates that the individual had impacted the ground with some sort of forward motion.

        All with the same blood type of the spatter, an A blood type.

  - - - While the analyzing evidence such as the fly, its eggs, and using the Glaister equation , their results couldn’t make sense due to the timeline, possibly having varying results due to the higher temperature in the garage.
        
        With using the Glaister equation, it would mean that the decedent had died in a matter of hours.
        
        This wouldn't make sense as the flies, on the other hand, showed evidence that suggests that the decedent had died about 47 hours from 2:00 PM Sunday
        
        Basically meaning that he would have "died" on Friday at 1:00 PM, when this is false seeing that there was activity from his phone before and after this time. #
  - - - The only in-person-interaction that he might've had was with Aiden, as he had mentioned that he would be seeing Marcel before he went off to work.
        
        Every other interaction had been only through text or email.
        
        Jenn, Cam, Naomi, and Aiden all have had friendly conversations between them and Marcell.
        
        Except for the only outlier being Kay Litrell, mad at Marcell for supposedly stealing her tips (vague but definite warning in her message).

  - - - Other pieces of information were available though did not make sense given the times that they gave and evidence present
        
        Glaister Equation hadn't worked due to the hot temperature in the garage, giving us a time of death that would be too short in relation to the state of his body
        
        Using flies/eggs to deduce the time of death gave us a range of time that wouldn't make sense with the evidence from his phone

        11:25 - 11:35 (am, friday) Aiden was very intrusive of Marcel’s and Cam’s stuff, which gave Cam a bad sense of Aiden. #
        
        10:45-10:50 pm, friday; Marcel is doing batting practice for a baseball game (last text from Marcel)
        
        12:00 pm, Sunday; Cam asks where Marcel is because Naomi called him about Marcel missing work

        2:15 - 2:23 (pm, friday) Marcel thinks that Jenn had wrecked his car which he let her borrow at any time, he planned to call her after work.

        Naomi says she was aware Kay and Marcel didn’t get along but many customers liked Marcel. She called authorities when Marcel didn't show up for work #
- - - - Santori was caught rummaging around Marcel's things (Cam mentioned seeing Aiden looking around his things) meaning that his prints could have been on the bat earlier on
      - Santori had said that he'd meet up with Marcel before he went to work, explaining the hair found that could've been traced to either Aiden Santori or Kay Litrell

        Aiden Santori is a new friend of Marcel # which doesn't give much of a motive for Santori to be the one who did it.
        
        However, there are strands of hair and fingerprints that pin him to being there at the scene of the crime.
        
        The hair can be explained as Aiden had notified Marcel that he was going to meet up with him on Friday, hence the strands of hair that can be found that could be like his. #
        
        The fingerprints could be explained by Aiden rummaging around Marcel things, possibly touching his bat in the process. #
        
        Other than that, there is no real reasoning behind Aiden being the one to do it, since there's no real motive for him to do so, and the reasonings can be cleared up logically.
        
        Granted, Cam didn't have the best sense of Aiden's first impressions when he had went through his stuff - That was merely speculation
      - Kay Litrell
        
        Kay is a coworker at the Biotic Bistro restaurant that Marcel works at, and had wrote an email to him, accusing him of stealing her tips. #
        
        Email in question #
        
        There are several pieces of evidence that can pin Kay in being there at the scene of the crime.
        
        Hair
        
        Though ambiguous, Kay Litrell's hair being one of the suitable matches for the hair found at the scene plays into this idea that Litrell had done it. #
        
        (however, can be debunked by the idea that Aiden had done it or it had fallen onto Marcel and found its way into the scene).
        
        DNA from Gum
        
        This is one of the definite pieces of evidence that can prove that Litrell was the one who did it, as her DNA matched up with the DNA of the gum's in the electrophoresis test that was done. #
        
        Through other pieces of evidence, it is never explained why Litrell would be there and why she would have spit out her gum.
        
        Vendetta
        
        While it isn't explicit that Litrell had actually went to the decedent's house, it does have a warning at the end of the email saying that, "you'll regret it", Marcel will regret it.
      - There is no evidence to support the other suspects being a part of the investigation other than knowing the decedent and being in contact with him before his untimely death. They had no evidence to support they were there at the time that he was killed, and they were all on good terms with the decedent.
