Step 2 IM - outcomes + performance objectives, logic change # # #,…

- - - - 1. Interpersonal level
        --> outcomes for other people/agents interacting directly with target group (eg. teachers, coaches, healthcare providers)
      - 2. Organizational level
        = system with a specific objective and multilevel decision making processes
        --> outcomes for any kind of organization that can have a direct effect on the behavior of a person (eg. workplace, hospitals, schools, emergency services, churches etc..)
      - 3. Community level
        = geographical area comprising people and organizations :D! (social place shared by families, neighborhoods, organizations)
        --> outcomes that can influence behavior at a community level (eg. availability of work, income, housing, healthcare, healthy foods, law enforcement, representation in the justice system, treatments for drug and alcohol problems)
      - 4. Societal level
        = provinces states countries :D!
        --> outcomes that focus on influencing behavior through new laws and legislations , enforcement and regulation (eg. regulating Tabaco use to be off limits for people under 18 and creating laws for it)
- - - - Determinant
        --> reason why people perform or don't perform the behavior
        --> accumulation of beliefs
        --> measured on a Likert scale anchored at 'very good' to 'very bad'
        
        mean score of the population on that determinant (Changeability)
        
        --> If the mean score is to far on the polar ends of the question (good/bad) of how much they agree with the determinant then they are not changeable
        
        --> the more in the middle of the Likert scale the mean score of the population falls for that determinant, the more room for change is there :D!
        
        Example:
        
        if most ecstasy users already agree that taking a large dose is very BAD, you cant make them think is much worse anyways
        
        --->sooo even though that determinant explains a shitton of variance of why people use drugs and is thus super relevant, it would be a bad intervention target because it is not changeable :D!
        
        confidence interval of explained variance of the determinant on the behavior (Relevance)
        ---> the more variance is explained by the determinant the more relevant it is!
        
        always take into account changeability of the determinant as even the most relevant determinant can be a useless one :D! #
