Opinions can be formed through how one perceives their own selves and how they look through a mirror.

Opinions can be distinguished through the fact that their is no need for an explanation on one's opinion; no true reasoning needed for why one thinks what they do.

Knowledge
Knowledge can be derived from a mirror as the mirror becomes the evidence of how one knows what they look like. A mirror has the ability to provide the knowledge of being able to see and know the appearance of ones self.
Knowledge can be distinguished through the fact that it is backed up by evidence, and can be proven, justified, and verified. It is based off of a "true belief."

Belief
One can believe that they look a certain way based off their sensory perception. In this case the use of the sense, touch becomes the most prominent, as one can touch their own face to grasp an idea of their features.

A belief can be distinguished through the formation of certain ideas regarding a concept with the use of one's own thoughts and arguments as justifications of their beliefs.
Differing from opinions because an opinion is just what one may think without the need of a valid argument behind their thoughts, while a belief is formed with the use of reasoning.
