        Work in small groups
        Present information visually and verbally
        Break down instruction in smaller steps

        Product:
        According to Michelle Harlan:
        Adjust the expectation of the student to show their mastery of the material
        Reduce test rigor by reducing the higher level skills (analyzing) to more lower level skills (defining or identifying)
        Allow answers given orally to class or teacher,
        Lots of modeling provided to support students who need help visualizing the final outcome of the assignment

        Step 4:
        Evaluate student's achievements/learning outcome
        
        Studen'ts goals and needs are met
        
        Continue with already made differentiated instruction
        Give regular feedback to parents
        Continue meetings with counselor and parents
        
        Student's goals and needs aren't met
        
        Go back to step 2, student gets re-evaluated
        
        Have a meeting with counselor, parents and teacher
        Determine whether student needs additional help at home
        
        Student sees a therapist weekly
        Additional counseling/assistance at home
        
        Student's goals is still not met
        
        Have a meeting with counselor, parents, and teacher to determine if student needs to be in a Special Education School.
        
        Student's goals and needs are met
        
        Continue with already made differentiated instruction
        Give regular feedback to parents
        Continue meetings with counselor and parents
        
        Adjust lessons with new strategies
