It's going to be in the country the target Audience lives in = such as if British teenagers read it, it's going to be set in the UK, if the teenagers live in Spain, it's going to be set in Spanish. This is to make it easier to understand because it is more relatable, within the weather, or certain places that could be visited, for example: the character could try and run away from their problems, meaning they might end up in the woods / forest, or they could have been invited to a place that might not exist in their country.
