The weakness of a pop up cinema could be the price compared to an indoor cinema with this being said the pop up cinema bring a unique experience so some people wont mind paying a bit more.
The obstructing traffic could be a problem since lost of people would be leaving roughly the same time and also arriving.
The new pop up cinema is unheard of so not much reputation, this could be bad because if you haven't got a high reputation wherever your based this could be bad since customers might be wary of going.
The size of people who will be turning up amy be limited due to space and wont be able to get some other customers in since the venue will be full.

The weather condition is very crucial to the pop up cinema since there will be no roof or shelter you will have to hope that it doesn't rain since it will through off business and can also stop the movie due to wires being exposed.
