- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. Share with content teams
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign. Share with content teams
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media.

- Ads resources & content will decided by ads team, photo or video shooting by content team (if needed), photo editing by designer
- Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
- Perform industry research to identify trends and industry needs and interests
- Perform market research identifying areas upon which to focus
- Create advertising plans and content to reach those demographics

- Brainstorm and ideate interesting content topics and plan editorial calendar on Monthly Planning Content and manage a multi-channel Focuses on creating effective, valuable, and consistent content that highlights a company’s products or services to potential customers
- Define KPIs to deliver consistent and impactful content assets designed to enhance overall brand and support the entire customer journey.
- Research competitors to find content gaps and keyword gaps that your company hasn’t yet covered. Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Photo/Video Shooting if can do personally (Social Media & Ads content purpose only)
- Find resources or example design for any content and request design from designer
- Social media content uploaded & report
- Prepare idea for website banner/facebook header if got any promotion activity/campign related with social media
- Create a new content strategy that can help your company reach its traffic goals
- Create a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar and social media calendar
- Drive weekly/monthly reporting and analysis on results for all active social media platforms.
Work closely with sales and marketing to create content for various platforms & needs.
- Creates marketing and social media campaign, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
