ASSURE
Learning Outcome
As Hussey and Smith (2008) indicate in their article that "Learning Outcome" is an indicator of a successful instruction since all the preparations belong to the learning outcome. It will make an obvious notion of what learners can be succeeded by taking the class. Learning Outcome should be the main purpose of teachers and they should list them down before the class in order to see the course is designed impeccably.

ASSURE is an instructional design model that tends to use media and technology effectively and productively in the classroom. This model consists of six essential components represented by a letter in the acronym Link to YouTube
The stated objectives are clarifications depend on students’ actions as a result of instruction. In other words, objectives are learning outcomes that focus on learners' pocket about what has been received from the lecture (Heinich & Molenda,1998).

The last part is one of the worthy to implement. After the lecture, all the instructional processes must be evaluated by the teacher. Additionally, teachers’ reflections should be on the stated objectives, the instructional technology, and materials to check the effectiveness and quality of the lesson. If they observe any type of minor differences while or after the teacher, they should apply convenient revisions before the lecture next time.

Evaluate Learners: There should be a balance between evaluation and learning outcome since they are strongly related to each other following behavior in action. Teachers should observe the audience by providing appropriate feedback to each of them.
Evaluate Yourself: Teachers should be able to evaluate their own implementation and its effectiveness whether it contributed to students' learning or not.
This process is a real challenge in ASSURE since after deciding and selecting which material, or technology to use, it is time to check step by step in order not to encounter any issues during the lectures.

e.g. There are many steps to consider to create a learning environment. The first can be checking all the materials that you will be using. The second can be setting up the classroom such as checking the physical conditions. The third can be informing students about the process that how the learners can take the information and use them.
This step makes the learning process more effective and memorable and needs active participation. This process depends on how you prepared the materials and methods to teach them. If they could not get any of the learning processes as a result of passive participation, it means that you did all wrong from the begging of the section

e.g. Teachers can point out the major questions that are interesting to the audience. At the same time, they implement some intriguing activities according to the flow of the lesson. Moreover, teachers should permit to ask the answers to the questions from silent or never-talked students.
The most vital part of this part is being able to identify the audience since it can provide the facility for teaching manner according to students’ requirements (Ahmed, 2014).
General Characteristics: grade level, age, sex, mental, emotional,
physical or social problems, socio-economic status etc.
Entry Competencies: prior
knowledge, skills, and attitudes about the topic.
Learning Style: visual, musical, verbal,
logical, etc.
After knowing the audience, the essential part is being able to select the convenient method for the given learning accomplishment, select materials, and try to design new materials to finish the task
