Left the job after Alex had started to dread going. Before leaving, he'd tried asking for more responsibilities, communicated with our boss, etc. Everything else about the job was great, able to set our own schedule, the highest pay we'd had at a job ever thus far, understanding boss and decent coworkers. But the dread was coming from the tedious, mind-numbing dullness of the actual work. We knew that we'd reached as far as we were able to with this opportunity.
