Each stores offer on replenishment items were different and the offers were ran by a different commercial team which were determined by several different factors.
Teams had two designers, and two product managers(purchased material, placed orders, set prices). Also another group called product managers who’s job was to travel and observe currently clothing trends and communicated findings to design team.
Commercials decided what stores would get items when quantity was limited and decisions were reviewed by higher-level managers to avoid “centralized” decision making.
3-5 Key Problems
Store managers determine replenishment quantities by walking around the store to see what they have been selling
Relying on a person in order to take initiative in taking in new orders for the store when a product is running out
If the DOS stops working when making orders there will be no other options because they have not taken any opportunity to try and fix or change DOS

Unreliable POS
This could lead to huge problems, such as a POS that is no longer working properly, or having to spend a chunk of money on a new POS
The impacts the company because of instability this POS situation brings to the company, which leaves them with big decisions to make
This falls on the IT management because this is their decision to either continue with the POS, or switch to a new one
