Authoritarian leaders impose all expectations and take all responsibility for the team and limit the other members´ inputs.
Transactional leadership works by the leader setting clear goals and the members will be either rewarded or punished depending on the results.

In transformational leadership the leader encourages the team to achieve a goal and also works as a role model for them.

Autocratic leaders “steal” all responsibility from members and limit the decision making only to themselves.

Paternalistic leaders assume a fatherly or paternal function and makes the relationship between themselves and the team members work as a family.

Laissez-Faire leadership: least intrusive way to lead. It's a "let them do" leadership style. The team has the authority.

Bureaucratic leadership: follows the rules, but in a very strict way. Team opinion is allowed, however, if they doesn't go along with the rules they will be discarted.
