- cold phase> hot phase>sweating phase

BABESIOSIS 
- triệu chứng giống sốt rét+ thiếu máu tán huyết ( giảm TC)
- năng: ARDS, CHF, diC,SPLENIC rupture
- CLS : thin bloodd smear- intraerythrocytic rings

TOXO ENCEPHALITIS

- sốt/đau đầu/lú lẫn
- co giật.dộng kinh
CLS
- HIV ( CD4<100)
- Ig G +
- MRI: multiple ring- enhancing brain

- CD4<100: TMP-SMX dự phòng
- suladiazine/ pyrimethamine
BC trẻ:hydrocephalus, microcephaly, microphthalmia, chorioretinitis, seizures, intracranial calcifications,
CUTANEOUS LARVA MIGRANS ( ấu trùng di chuyển ơ da)
- Hooworm larveae ( chó/ mèo) + bare foot ( chân trần) sand
- LS: cutaneous + Erythematous + NGỨa tăng+ hình ành giống giun
- CLS : Eosinophils bthuong

AMEBIC LIVER ABSCESS
- Entameba histolytica: HC nhiễm amip( kít ly,sốt)+ RUQ pain +liver abscess on imaging
- Pyogenic bacterial abscess ( ab ddo vk): fever, RUQ pain +elderly + liver abscess on imaging.
- Echinococcus granulosus hydatid cyst ( sán+ nang nc): RUQ pain + sheep/dog + liver abscess on imaging
- histolytica:
- solitary lesion usually in right lobe of the liver
- Serologic testing for E. histolytica confirms the diagnosis> stool
- ALP/ aminotransferases tăng

- gd ruột ( 1W) : TC đường tiêu hóa
- gd cơ ( 4W): sốt +myalgias+subungual splinter hemorrhagesmóng tay + phủ trước xương chày
