Women are almost always the householders in the home.
Women do other chores if they find something out of place.
Men need an order to help.
Men only do the task that he was asked for
Women always play the role of householder.
Men were raised as the ones who work or go outside.
Mental load is almost always borne by women.
Men always wait for women to ask for their help.
Woman started to go out and work as much as men
It has nothing to do with genetics, this behavior is more about the way they were raised and rude

Men just do the things if their wifes ask for them.
They always use the phrase “Let me know if you need help”.
Women are born in a society in which they gave them dolls and miniature vacuum cleaners, so this seems shameful for boys to like the same.
Our mothers are always in charge of household management.
Fathers only execute cleaning instructions of the mothers.
They don't do the cleaning because they want or need it, but because their mother asks them to.
Return of the 1950s housewife
When a couple work together in the house it tends to leade to a more traditional division of labor.
The women that work from home tend to do three hours more childcare compared to women who don’t work from home.
Our societies still believe that women hold the responsibility when it comes to housework and care.
Also that men are still mainly responsible for the bread-winning.
Similar patterns have been found between the US and Poland.
The world is a scary place for children and teenagers at the moment.
There are some great websites and books to help you divide up the chores.
Studies show that dad’s involvement in childcare and an equal division of housework lead to good outcomes for children, their relationship with dad, as well improvements in the couple’s relationship.
There are many employers who are able to perform the “ideal worker”.
But more importantly, employers may also need to be realistic about what working parents, and other workers, cand do at this point.
Flexible working can reinforce gender stereotypes

•That shows that the typical genders roles, are reinforce
•The companies expect that women have a flexible schedule for them to have the activities household
•More of the quarter of mother have had bad experiences in their job
• If we compare, fathers are one in ten, because there are more effective
•A solution to this problem is to set Flexitime per week and day without boundaries
•We need to change some of our gender assumptions of men a women’s roles at home
•If we all this we can bring a better experience and a work-life for everyone.
