Function

Characteristics

CHARACTERISTICS
- Storage is non- volatile; it does not lose its content even when the power is off.
- Transfer rate of storage is slower compared with the transfer rate of memory.
- Strogae has bigger capacity compare to memory, which has limited capacity.

Function
Storage device that contain one or more inflexible, circular platters that use magnetic particles to store data, instructions and information.

A storage media that uses solid-state chip that maintains stored data without any external power source.
