My Incredible Story
Values/Beliefs
-
Independence - I have had several experiences especially in group projects where though I did all my work others didn't and that cost me to so in life I don't ever want to be in a situation where I desperately need someone elses help.
Honesty - My mother has always valued honesty and I do as well, but honesty is most important to me in situations about yourself, to express yourself and your beliefs with honesty and without a filter is most important to me
Realistic - I always set unrealistic expectations for myself and was disappointed whenever I didn't reach them so for me being realistic is very important life lesson.
Inanimate objects
Genshin - It is an open world game that I play for about 2 hours almost everyday. It came out last september and it has been my favourite pass time ever since. I enjoy talking about the different aspects of the game like new characters, new events, different team comps, the best builds and especially the lore of the game with my friends at school. The world-building is very deep and the plot of the game is interesting as well.
Chocolate - As a child I was very sickly and had to visit doctors quite often, being a child I was very scared of it so to make me feel better my grandmother and dad gave me chocolates. Also my mom who frequently went on business trips for weeks would bring me chocolate everytime she went for a longer period of time.
Instant noodles - For as long as I can remember it has been an unspoken rule in my family that every sunday we will have instant noodles for dinner, I actually have no idea how it started but I recall being an extremely picky eater and instant noodles were one of the few things I liked eating.
ORV - is a web novel and the first book/book series that I actually enjoyed reading. As a kid I always found reading books to be tedious and disliked it. Till I was 13 the only books I had read were textbooks and one book about mythology (which I find interesting but I had to force myself to read it) One day I stumbled on the webcomic(which is ingoing) based on the novel and was so captivated by it that I decided to take the leap and read the novel. I was completely captivated by it, the characters, the world the plot and everything in between was interesting and so fun to read. The sentences were detailed and had a sense of flow, they weren't simple but they were easy to read and extremely fun.
Physical Objects
House - there is not much to it, my goal in life is to be independent and self reliant and to do that I need to own my own house.
mono. -Is an album I listened to often during quarantine when I missed my family and friends during quarantine or just when I felt drained. I still listen to it often.
Xiao- is a character in genshin, a game that I play. When he first came out I could not get him because of my bad luck and the fact that I used up all my resources and I distinctly remember crying that day. I have been farming for him and saving up more resources for the next time he becomes available.
Necklace-It was the last gift my grandmother gave me before I left for singapore. Its a gold chain with a pendant that has an infinity sign. I wear it at all times and never take it off.
People
Mom- In every sense my mom is the person I look up to the most. As a child I barely saw her but she always made time on the weekends to play with me, go out with me or teach me. I am one of those people who have no hesitation naming there favourite parent and it has always been my mom for me. She is very much like me in the sense of our dispositions and traits and to some extents our preferences as well. She is someone I can go to for advise regarding anything and expect to at least learn something.
Dad- My dad and I are very different people. He is very much an optimist and a social butterfly while I am anything but. As a kid he used to drop me of at school and tutoring classes on his bike which I remember was very fun. I still remember the first time he let me sit on the back when I was 8 and just how excited I was.
Sister- My little sister and I are 4 years apart but we have very similar tastes in almost everything. We watch and read the same things we listen to the same music we even like the same food. In a snse she is the one person I can say anything too even if she is a bit brutish, vulgar and annoying.
Grandmother- She basically raised me since both my parents are working so they didn't always have time for me. After school I always went to her house and had lunch there and then went to tutoring and had dinner at her house before going back to mine to sleep. I basically lived there and knew it better than my own home. I remember her being extremely strict and scary but very sweet.
