Schedule training
Training consists of watching videos, listening to lectures, completing worksheets, group discussions, and quizzes.

Arrange for materials, equipment, training rooms
Materials provided are video references, articles, worksheets, powerpoints, and quizzes. Learners must have their own computer to complete program.

Development
Develop or manage the development of the materials needed to run the program. Dependent on size, scope, and importance of the program (Chan, 2010).

E-learning modules
Completed on personal computers. Contains videos, handouts, schedules, etc.

Pilot
May be run to identify changes that need to be made before the program is ready (Chan, 2010).

Evaluation
Follow up throughout program to determine status (Chan, 2010).

Ongoing evaluation is necessary to make sure training is relevant, effective, and a good return on investment (Chan, 2010).
Evaluation is established when learning objectives are created. Results of evaluation may lead program creator to improve earlier stages of the ADDIE model (Chan, 2010).

Analysis
Questions intended to gather information needed to clarify reasons for creating the project, how to achieve desired results, and what it will take to reach reality (Chan, 2010).

Design
Detailed outline or design document that will guide you through the development process. Includes learning objectives, delivery method, program content, and how the program will be evaluated (Chan, 2010).
