Introduction
本研究有三個目的
(1) 檢驗[使用者與ISP之間的心理契約][使用者心理契約違反認知]，來瞭解user resistance在導入IS專案裡的影響
(2) 探索在IS導入中固有特性所佔的重要角色，因而影響使用者對PCB的認知
(3) 透過歸因和認知公平的調節作用，來檢驗使用者從心理契約違反認知到違背感轉移的過程
