Rules for Sea and Inland Waterway Transport
FOB---Free on Board(船上交货）使用时后+装运港
CFR---(Cost and Freight(运费付至）使用时后+目的港
FAS---Free Alongside Ship(船边交货）使用时后+装运港
CIF---Cost, Insurance and Freight(成本，保险加运费）使用时后+目的港
The Rules of Delivery
Shipment Contract---EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP
Destination Contract---DAT, DAP, DDP
Trade Terms for Container Shipment---FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP ,DDP. Except EXW.
Rules for Any Mode or Modes of transport
CIP---Carriage and Insurance Paid to(运费和保险付至）使用时后+目的地
DAT---Delivered at Terminal(终点站交货）包括卸货
CPT---Carriage Paid to(运费付至）使用时后+目的地
DAP---Delivered at Place(目的地交货）不包含卸货
FCA---Free Carrier(货交承运人）使用时后+装运地
DDP---Delivered Duty Paid(完税后交货）卖方承担责任最多
EXW---Ex Work(工厂交货）使用时后+交货地点，卖方承担责任最少，买方承担责任最大。
