Systems to create a project : - Coggle Diagram
Systems to create a project
:
Step 1
Dreams
Specific description of the desired image, after completing the project
Study how other similar systems/models have worked in the past
It is important to dream individually and share those dream with others
Think of rules and regulations regarding the project
Obstacles
Existing limitations
Not knowing how to clear up desired images
Step 2
Present actions
Study and define in detail de actual situation of the project
Special focus on
present
actions
Registering of information is specially important for
STEP 3
Clarify
Personal perception
(Me)
Perception of those who are currently positively or negatively affected by the system.
(Others)
Perception of those who represent the rules and previous agreements.
(Context)
It is healthy and usual to redefine and reevaluate the desired images from last step
Step 3
Evaluation (Comparison)
Compare in detail the desire images (Step 1) and the actual situation of the project (step 2)
Main focus
Differences between what is desired and the actual situation
The efficacy of current actions regarding what we want from the project
Go through different improvement cycles to get closer results between what we want and the current situation.
Without evaluation is impossible to determine the current state of the project in relation to the desired image
Every time an evaluation is completed the documentation is updated with the differences between the desired and the current situation
The documentation includes descriptions and graphs of data through time with progress indicators
Step 4
Planning
Design new strategies to successfully finish the project. Fulfilling the desired images
Important ingredients
7 P's
Soon: Actions designed to be done soon or really soon
Precise: Actions are detailed and clear for those doing them
Positive: Proactive actions that
do not
emphasize what we are no longer doing
Possible: Actions and strategies are doable and legal
Promise: The plan is the result of an internal compromise between those doing it.
Practice: The actions include minor scale simulations without big risks to practice
Persistence: Always persist to the original plan without informal modifications; it includes specific roles for everyone
Follow up
Progress indicators: It doesn't make sense to plan actions without including how its doing may seem in numerical values that can be analyzed with graphs through time
Tools for the revision and collection of data: such as written reports of what's seen, heard and felt, check lists with what's seen, diagrams, mental maps, graphs etc.
Time for data collection and in individual and group study: A schedule with the implementation of planned actions is an effective way of distributing such events.
Documenting of important indicators and done processes: As important as the data and plans done is the documentation of them, to ensure there is no missed information and subjective opinions regarding the actions taken.
