recipe of apple vegan crumble
Quantities of filling
1 kg of Bramley apple
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of grinded ginger
80g of light brown sugar
2 teaspoon of flour
Ingredients
vegan margarine
pecan nuts
raisins brans
flour
light brown sugar
Grinded ginger
Cinnamon
Bramley apple
juice of lemon
oat
Quantities for side dish
50g of pecan nuts
100g of flour
50g of oat
80g of light brown sugar
80g of vegan margarine
Method
2- Place the apples in a 24 cm square baking dish and add the lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, sugar, flour and 100 ml of water. Stir, then bake for 15 minutes.
3- Meanwhile, prepare the crumble filling. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using your fingertips, rub the margarine into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
1-Preheat the oven to 220C / 200C
4- Stir the raisins into the cooked apples and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until apples are completely soft.
