The job listing does not state if it provides any benefits however after looking at jobs similar in the field and in the area, I would think the job offers at least medical, dental and 401k.

Me at Work
When I am passionate about a job I have one of the best work ethics there is. I am a people pleaser so getting a project done correctly is always something I strive to accomplish and most of the time end up doing. I also am a very hard worker and give 100% effort to every project. One thing I need to better myself at is realizing I am at the end of a project and combing over the finer details better.
I value stability, helpful and hardworking
co-workers and people that aren't afraid to try new design directions and ideas. I have realized a quality work environment is something that is hard to put a price on and is more important than a bigger salary to me.
I am a ISTP personality type and I think this goes well with the job. My type is creative, eager to help others and good at working alone so I would be a good asset to the design team.
Honesty integrity and a code of ethics means a lot to me. The biggest thing that always sticks out to me about people that don't have them is they not only have an excuse, but then every move they make seems shady. Also, if they don't have those qualities what makes you think an employer won't turn on you at the drop of a hat.
Long Term Goals
Yes my budget covers my leisure activities. I'm not someone who has a lot of leisure activities, but rather a few that I enjoy doing a lot so the expenses are not that significant.
I will be setting up a retirement plan and already have some of these in place. I have a savings account and have stocks that I plan on investing more into. I will also be looking at getting a 401k and will look into other options as well.
The three biggest biggest long term goals for myself are owning my own house, setting up a quality retirement plan and investing for my future.
I am already investing what I can so that it helps with future investing and I am fairly frugal person so I am saving for the future.

Life-Long Learner
I plan on becoming a member of AIGA. Going to meetings, seminars and keeping in touch with them. I also plan on trying to improve skills outward and become more proficient at a wider range of skills.
The trends I see look to be going the direction of motion graphics as well as AR and VR so becoming proficient in those areas will be very helpful.
There is a projected 4% job growth in the graphic design field over the next 10 years. The biggest projected growth tends to be within certain states like Utah, Tennessee and Washington.
I don't think pursuing an additional degree is something that is needed within my field. The only time I would think it is would be if I wanted to teach at a college level.
