Reduced Relative Clauses
We use R.R.C. to avoid repeating who/that//which too often
There are three forms of using R.R.C.:
instead of the relative pronoun, we put the following verb with ing.:
The wind
that blows from the north
is allways cold
The wind
blowing from the north
is always cold
Instead of the relative pronoun, we put or leave the following verb in past participle:
The bracelet
that was given to me by my mother
is very precious.
The bracelet
given to me by my mother
is veri precious
Instead of the relative pronoun, we add the verb being in front of the following verb in past participle:
The money
that is collected
will go to the new orphanage
The money
being collected
will go to the new orphanage

Definding Relative Clauses: we need the clause to give sense to the sentence
Non-Definding Relative Clause: The clause just adds extra information, we don`t need it for giving sense to the sentence.
