A weekly budget to be decided by the team leader (Tim) and closely managed. This budget to be detailed on the Monday meeting
Receiving orders - all orders to be reconciled by kitchen staff and item prices to be updated if required
Rostering
Loaded to be used to create rosters
Weekly wage budget to be discussed in the Monday meeting
Menu Planning
Coggle to be used for idea and vision sharing
Menus to be created a quarter in advance of the seasonal change
Ideally we want to change the menu 3-4 times a year
