Different meanings and implications of لَـيۡسَ مِنۡ اَهۡلِكَ
Not the biological son of Nuhؑ but the son of his wife
The wife was unfaithful

Hasan Al Basri ؒ
Qatada ؒ disagreed and asked Hasan al Basri ؒ why does the Qur'an mention "ونادى نوح ابنه"
إنه ليس من أهلك الذين وعدتك أن أنجيهم معك
none of the people of the previous scriptures disagreed that he was Nuhؑ 's son (Qatada)
(فَخَانَتَاهُمَا) ، [سورة التحريم: 10]
Mujahid ؒ
(فلا تسألن ما ليس لك به علم)
Allah swt is warning Nuhؑ not to ask about that for which he has no knowledge (that who you assume is your son is actually not your son)
Abu Ja'far ؒ
This was the way of speaking of the Tai' tribe
Ibn Juraij ؒ
Nuhؑ called him his son because he assumed him to be his son as he was born within his household
Your son was not from your family who were promised to be saved because his deeds were unvirtuous
