Request an SST (Student Support Team) form to the school's behavioral specialist. The behavioral specialist will come to the classroom and observe the student for 1-5 days. If learning disabilities are noticed by the behavioral specialist during the time observed, then the specialist will notify parents and create an individual Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) for both the teacher and parents.
