How to Achieve that our messages has a complete sense?
Make sure your ideas in the text have COHESION 
Make sure your ideas in the paragraph have COHERENCE.
Cohesion
If the text has a lot gramatical errors, Do not translate, interpret the text and you will be able to understand it and make sense of it.
⚠ E.g. Juan has 12 years old.
Although we know that sentence there is a grammatical error, we understood the message because we interpreted it. we do not literally translate word by word
Coherence
We not only need clear and meaningful ideas, but we need linking words to follow up and link the ideas to the main topic.
If the topic is, why is pizza delicious? We will not end up talking about chicken or seafood, the ideas must have an order and coherence according to the main topic.
